Does the institution meter all energy consumption (electricity, natural gas, purchased steam, etc.) for at least one building?:
A brief description of the metering system:
Orifice plates and multivariable transmitters are used for steam metering. Square D powerlogic power meter meters the electricity. Natural gas is metered at the central heating plant. This is done for all of the major buildings on campus and all buildings over 29000 square feet.
