U-M recently began requiring contractors to report waste and recycling rates for construction projects.

U-M initiated a program whereby contractors are required to report waste and recycling figures. This program is fairly new and a number of current projects were begun prior to the program. Therefore data reported only reflects projects for which this program applies.
