The Office of Community Engagement at Morris has awards that celebrate faculty and staff community service.

Many other students on campus engage in volunteerism but may not be represented. A survey of juniors and seniors suggests that 80% of upper classmen have made a significant service commitment during their time at Morris.
The Morris campus has earned Carnegie classification as a Community Engagement school.
