African American Student Union: AASU seeks to provide the student body with a stronger sense of a culturally diverse society. We strive to serve as an asset to the UNF educational experience by providing students with numerous leadership, social, and networking opportunities, as well as thought-provoking and enjoyable events reflecting our mission statement, and motto.

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Resource Center: The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Resource Center's mission is to provide valuable education and resources for the entire campus community with a commitment to advocacy, equality, respect, and support for LGBT students, faculty, and staff.

Women's Center: The Women’s Center advocates for the political, social and economic gains of all people by eradicating gender-based inequalities in a supportive atmosphere that encourages and facilitates the evolution and development of personal and academic potentials.

InterFaith Center: Our mission is to care for the individual, and to lead, educate and advocate the expression of religious faith, philosophical beliefs, and core values.

The Intercultural Center for PEACE: (Promotion Education and Advancement of Cultures and Ethnicities) promotes civility and respect for the dignity and worth of each individual at the University of North Florida (UNF). We encourage peace through cultural diversity. We educate and advance the understanding of cultures and ethnicities. We foster a sense of communal relationships among all UNF students. In pursuit of these goals, the Intercultural Center is dedicated to maintaining an environment which places the highest priority on collegial relationships, mutual respect, and sensitivity among students, faculty, and staff. We serve all UNF students.

Equal Opportunity and Diversity Mission: The Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity is committed to fostering non-discrimination and non-harassment in the workplace and the educational environment by ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws, local ordinances, and agency requirements that are related to equity and compliance for universities. EOD provides leadership and support toward developing a comprehensive and institution-wide approach to achieving and sustaining a diverse and pluralistic community of students, faculty and staff.

Intergroup Dialogue: a component of the Institute for Values, Community and Leadership (IVCL), is a program at UNF that brings together individuals from two or more social identity groups in a facilitated co-learning environment. The program is designed to help students, faculty and staff build the skills and knowledge needed to take part in and to lead multicultural group interactions.
