A brief description of the enterprise:
The Northern Undergraduate Student Society operates a pub and cafe on campus. Both businesses operate with consideration for the principles of sustainability including the following:
- local food options provided when available
- fair trade organic coffee served
- all organic waste is composted
- all recyclable material is recycled
