A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
A partnership between the UNBC Purchasing Department and the Office of External Relations led to the creation of a UNBC Custom Made Sustainable Paper. The paper is made from 17% Local northern BC wood fiber and 83% post-consumer content. This paper is used for letterheads, envelopes and other University publications. This project demonstrates UNBC's commitment to supporting local economies and communities and sustainability.
