The University hosts a sustainability related website that consolidates all the sustainability related activities and events on campus. It keeps students informed about different resources, services and events they have access to.

The newsletter is sent monthly and informs the community of upcoming events, exceptional employees and/or students as well as an update of green updates on campus.

The University of Ottawa Food Services have a website that identifies the many of their initiatives over the years, with a focus on energy and recycling programs. Additional information is streamed on television screens located in and around food service outlets.

Twice a year, a sustainability tour of the campus is offered to all campus community members (including new students during the orientation week). Sustainability tours are also available upon request.
The University of Ottawa hosts an Open Green Map online. This map details several sustainability related features of the campus for community members to explore.
