A brief description of the socially responsible investment policy:
The Investment Subcommittee made a determination to consider investment opportunities with managers taking an SRI approach when the Investment Subcommittee determines the manager’s targeted values align with the mission of the university and when the manager meets the evaluation criteria within this policy, including the expectation that the manager will be able to improve the risk-adjusted returns of the portfolio by its inclusion.
