Every third year we participate in the Great Colleges to Work for Survey. This survey benchmarks UR against like institutions. University leadership works directly with employees to identify priorities and commit to specific follow-up actions based on survey response data.


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

Data is shared with leadership teams to identify concerns and issue that can be addressed. Data is also shared with all employees by division with opportunity for input and explanation. Areas of opportunity are addressed and teams within divisions work together to develop solutions.
