2005 was adopted as the baseline because this is when the office of sustainability was able to get accurate data

The Siemens Apogee Energy Management System provides automated, schedule-based temperature setback control to the majority of campus building HVAC systems.

LED lighting fixtures are being tested in several indoor and outdoor applications around campus.

Several buildings on campus utilize dual-technology (PIR/Infrared and Ultrasonic) occupancy sensors to control area lighting.
