A brief description of the institution’s programs that help increase the diversity of higher education faculty :
"We have not had up to now any programs supporting future faculty. We are, however, planning a fellowship to begin in Summer 2012. As it is still in the planning stages, I do not have many details but we envision supporting 4 advanced graduate students or new graduates with a fellowship and housing and connecting them to the academic program/department to teach a course or do some intense research with a faculty member. Assuming all goes as planned, we would be soliciting applications in the fall"--Jennifer Bangerter
