Does the institution make a snapshot of its investment holdings, including the amount invested in each fund and/or company and proxy voting records, available to the public?:
Yes

A brief description of the institution’s investment disclosure practices:

Total fund or Individual holdings of the Retirement Plans and of the Operating & Endowment Fund are available to the Western community upon request. The University has mandated the external investment managers that it has contracted to vote the proxies in the best interest of the fund. For the university’s assets that are invested in pooled funds, it does not have the ability to vote proxies, as the university’s assets are commingled with those of other investors. Most of the university’s stock investments are in pooled funds.
