"Western apparel will not be made under substandard conditions or by those working under minimum wage, the Board of Governors has decided. In addition, Western follows the information provided by Maquila Solidarity Network (MSN) closely. MSN is a labour and women's rights organization that supports the efforts of workers in global supply chains to win improved wages and working conditions and a better quality of life.
