Compensation at UW-La Crosse is governed by University of Wisconsin System policies for Faculty and Academic Staff whereas compensation for classified staff employees is governed by the Office of State Employment Relations. No employee at UW-La Crosse is paid less than the established living wage for the County of La Crosse. Compensation for full time employees of contractors ranges from $12.84 per hour to $13.77 per hour. Part time employees are compensated at least at minimum wage up to $8.56 per hour.
