In 2013, UW-Platteville did a employee satisfaction survey of all faculty (23% of our staff). The survey was administered to all faculty directly (not a representative sample) and yielded a 55% response rate.

Results of the survey are being used by the Provost's office to evaluate compensation packages and improve employee retention.
