A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:
VCU’s Division of Community Engagement and School of World Studies have designed courses to address communication and cultural competency needs. The courses are tailored to address profession-specific needs, i.e., Spanish for medical professionals, Spanish for law enforcement professionals and understanding the Spanish culture.
