A brief description of the natural wastewater systems used to handle the institution’s wastewater:
VCU does not track the gallons of water from these locations. VCU has added Bayscaping at the Trani Life Sciene Center to reduce the quantity of stormwater runoff and filter pollutants.Grace E Harris Hall installed a rain garden to reduce stormwater runoff in the James River watershed. The Pollak Buikding Green Roof reduces stormwater volumes and flow-rates.
