Via the Environmental Studies department, Wellesley College provided funding for registration and transportation to PowerShift to Environmental studies majors and other interested students. The goal of attending PowerShift is to train student leaders through workshops designed to teach and foster leadership skills that can be applied on college campuses and further developed through experience.
