WKU offers a great number of international programs including several immersive courses that focus on sustainability themes. These include, e.g., The Sustainability and Community program , offered in South Africa (the web site url is http://www.ciee.org/study-abroad/south-africa/stellenbosch/sustainability-community/#1rightForYou; Explore Ghana Service Learning Project, Environmental and Sustainability Studies in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil;
and Agricultural Development issues in Highlands and Amazonian Ecuador
