Does the institution donate leftover or surplus food?:
A brief description of the food donation program:
At the end of semesters or during long campus vacation periods, surplus food is donated to local food pantries.
In 2011, the "Lighten Your Load" residence hall move-out drive, resulted in the donation of more than 900 pounds of food to charity.
