A brief description of how sustainability is included prominently in new student orientation:
Students were given a short presentation about the college's sustainability efforts, who to contact, and shown a student-made recycling Public Service Announcement. Western Technical College also offers sustainability break-out sessions with the sustainability coordinator. This sessions offer more in depth discussions on sustainability at Western.
