Western uses the Noel Levitz survey. This survey is distributed every two years online for employees to complete. The survey was taken from the Ruffalo Noel Levitz website. The link can be found below:

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

The Human Resources department takes the satisfaction survey results and address any areas any sections which need attention. From here the issues are sent to the appropriate departments so further action may be taken in improving the workplace for employees.
