A brief description of how the results of the assessment(s) are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:

For First Year Students and Seniors
The NSSE (National Survey of Student Engagement) Survey provides Westminster with information about student experiences with, and participation in, programs and activities Westminster provides to facilitate your intellectual and personal development. Survey results let us know where we need to improve and what we are doing well.

For Sophomores and Juniors
The DLE (Diverse Learning Environments) Survey asks about classroom climate, intergroup relations, and your overall experience at Westminster. As we strive to broaden and deepen Westminster’s focus on diversity and prepare you for success in a diverse and interdependent world, we need to know about your experiences, positive and negative.
