A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome :
Williams College has developed in house a real time energy monitoring system. All buildings have been equipped with electricity and steam metering systems. The energy data is available on line and has been instrumental in guiding energy conservation projects, informing and supporting student research in a number of disciplines, as well as providing necessary information for our annual energy competition.
