Does the institution have strategies in place to safely dispose of all hazardous, special (e.g. coal ash), universal, and non-regulated chemical waste and seek to minimize the presence of these materials on campus?:
Yes

A brief description of steps taken to reduce hazardous, special (e.g. coal ash), universal, and non-regulated chemical waste:

Einstein’s Hazardous Waste Plan regulates all chemicals on campus, keeps track of their ordering, using and proper disposal. Einstein has a waste disposal budget in place which meets the regulations for small and large quantity generators of Hazardous Waste. All waste generated in the laboratories, shops and mechanical spaces are disposed according to all applicable regulations.

A brief description of how the institution safely disposes of hazardous, universal, and non-regulated chemical waste:

Einstein provides hazardous waste training to all its employees and has a hazardous waste refresher training online. Chemical waste pick up is free of charge to all our laboratories on campus. Once waste is removed from the laboratory it is taken to the nearest waste rooms. The waste is removed by Einstein’s hazardous waste disposal contractor on a monthly basis. Manifests are kept and the waste is tracked from start to finish.
