Does the institution limit free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries?:
A brief description of how printing is limited:
All public and library printers and copiers are connected to the pay per print service, which charges students per page on the type of sheet printed or copied (b&w, color, etc.). All students are given an initial balance in the system based on their campus and/or program.
