Yeshiva University is located in the NYC metropolitan area. There NYC living wage is $10/hour with supplemental health benefits or $11.50/hour without benefits. All of the employees working on campus (including contractors) have rates of pay that exceed this standard.

Yeshiva University provides benefits to eligible part-time exempt and non-exempt employees who are regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week.

Yeshiva University provides health and welfare benefits and pension benefits for eligible represented staff of 1199 and health and welfare benefits for eligible represented staff of New York State Nurses Association. The University contributes $15,333,638.40 annually to the 1199SEIU National Benefit Fund, $ 6,521,759.40 annually to the 1199 Local Pension Fund and $49,819.23 annually to the NYSNA Health Benefits Fund.
