Yes

A brief description of the metering system:

All buildings that are supplied with electric, steam, and/or chilled water are metered. Over 100 of these buildings on central campus have real time metering for electric, steam and chilled water. The dashboard is currently be utilized as a teaching tool. 50 additional building dashboards will be added during 2013.
