Elon has a Staff Volunteer Program. Regular full-time staff working 30+ hours per week are allowed up to sixteen (16) hours of paid volunteer service leave per calendar year. Volunteer service leave hours do not rollover from year to year and cannot be cashed out at the end of employment. The hours must be spent with one of Elon's many active community partners.
