For the purpose of calculating our carbon footprint, the College surveyed students on their commuting choices for one week in March 2023. The data showed that students chose sustainable commuting options for 8,650 or 67.7% of their reported 12,782 trips.
One trip was defined as a single one-way leg of the return daily commute i.e.: home-to-school OR school-to-home. The entire return trip to AND from school was therefore evaluated as 2 trips.
In total, 4,177 students completed the survey.

For the purpose of calculating our carbon footprint, the College surveyed employees on their commuting choices for one week in March 2023. The data showed that employees chose sustainable commuting options for 506 or 33.5% of their reported 1509 trips.
One trip was defined as a single one-way leg of the return daily commute i.e.: home-to-school OR school-to-home. The entire return trip to AND from school was therefore evaluated as 2 trips.
In total, 408 employees completed the survey.
