Each year the campus holds multiple training days. Examples include: Founders Day, where employees are encouraged to participate trainings on organic gardening; using environmentally safe cleaners around the home; and bicycle safety & maintenance tips for commuters. Health and safety training day for all facilities staff, which includes modules on sustainability and recycling. Myriad special trainings are offered by Human Resources (see http://www.keene.edu/office/hr/profdev/) and Continuing Education (employees are eligible to participate in CE) (http://www.keene.edu/academics/conted/)

Staff and faculty are eligible for training funds, including for sustainability, through their departments. They need to contact their supervisors to determine availability and eligibility.
