Pirates' Pantry is a program open to all currently enrolled MJC students that aims to meet the basic needs of students through the availability of free food as well as on and off-campus resources. We strive for a hunger-free MJC!
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Pirates' Pantry adjusted its process from in-person services to a drive-by model, called the Pirates' Pantry Relief Project.

MJC President, Santanu Bandyopadhyay, serves on the Executive Committee for Stanislaus 2030. Stanislaus 2030 is a collaboration among business, government, and civic stakeholders to create and deliver a joint strategy and investment plan for regional economic growth and opportunity in the coming decade.

Stan C2C is a collaboration among multiple sectors from education, business, government, faith, and community that seeks to help all students reach their full educational potential regardless of race, ethnicity, or family income.
