A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
Muhlenberg College in conjunction with Colgate University utilized the STARS 2.2 Review Template to successfully identify and resolve inconsistencies and errors in the institution’s finalized STARS report prior to submitting it to AASHE. Muhlenberg College sent the completed STARS report to Colgate where there team over the course of a month had a chance to review each credit. Suggested improvements and corrections were marked in a spreadsheet. Muhlenberg College addressed Colgate University's comments in written form in both the spreadsheet and STARS report. Upon completion of Muhlenberg College's improvements Colgate provided an affirmation letter that the report has been reviewed in full and that all identified inconsistencies and errors have been successfully addressed.
