Scholarly Commons will provide universal, open access to the following: faculty and student scholarship as permitted by the rights holder(s) and historic images and recordings to which the University owns the rights.
Scholarly Commons may include metadata-only record or restrict access to users on the SU campus to the following: works for which someone else owns the copyright and we are making available via Fair Use exemption, not-yet-published works by faculty and students who are seeking to publish currently or at a later time.

We host an open access, peer reviewed student journal, Susquehanna University Political Review - https://scholarlycommons.susqu.edu/supr/. Also, we are supporters of Lever Press, which is a consortium of liberal arts college publishing open access monographs.
