Honolulu does not have on-site contractors as part of their normal day-to-day operations. Occasionally there is a guest lecturer that is a contractor within the apprentice program, or on-site contractors doing construction as private contractors.
Janitorial, maintenance, and groundskeeping staff are all unionized state workers as well as Hon CC employees
Honolulu Community College does have on-site food service contractors. See OP-7 for more information.
