I was not able to find information on this section from lack of responses. But Christian Palmer named Billy Meinke as a key contact for this section. Billy is the Open Educational Resources Technologist at UH Manoa in Hamilton Library. He was unresponsive to emails but maybe approaching UH Manoa in person to contact him may be a start for this section.
