The Office of Sustainability (OOS) has a quarterly newsletter where sustainability projects, student organizations, research, and other sustainability happenings are reported on. This publication is an e-mail newsletter that includes an update on OOS programs.

The website is updated on daily basis with the latest story and news and events.

The Office of Sustainability also has an active Instagram account and Twitter account; both @gogreenuta. Both accounts post about ongoing programs and events. Both also have open DMs where people can contact the office for more information.

The Instagram account also posts educational graphics every two weeks during the semester. The educational posts are part of the Recycling educational campaign for Spring '22

There are signage/plaques places in the Engineering Research Building for LEED Gold, College Park for LEED Gold, the SITES certification for the Green at College Park

The office of sustainability offers tour of the Green at College Park as part of educational and training events with local groups, non profit organizations, and landscape architects.

We also offers tours of the Community Garden and composting program as requested.

Yes

A brief description of the guide for green living and/or incorporating sustainability into the residential experience:

The residence hall are provided with a recycling bin when the students move in. The TV monitors in the halls run information about programs like car sharing to educate them about sustainability programs on campus.
A sustainability brochure designed by the OOS is also shared with the students in the residence hall and during meetings.

The Office of Sustainability constantly designs and prints brochures and posters about various (old and new) programs and hands them out during various outreach events on campus like Earth day, Activities Fair Day, etc and also included in meetings and presentations to outside entities
