A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
All new staff members are invited to an orientation session that includes information about sustainability. Sustainability is included via a presentation that is given to attendees. The presentation includes information about UTM's commitment to fostering a culture of sustainability on campus via the Sustainability Strategic Plan, and climate action via the Climate Positive Plan. Additionally, the Sustainability Office is linked on HR’s webpage titled “New to UTM”, a resource page for new staff.
