What types of employees categories should be counted?

This credit recognizes institutions with high proportions of academic staff (i.e., faculty members) that are full-time AND are either tenured OR “tenure track” (or the equivalent).

Example Responses

  • Connecticut College – Comprehensive methodology and documentation to affirm amount reported.
  • Kenyon College – A comprehensive Faculty count report is included, and good detail on methodology is provided in the descriptive text.
  • Pitzer College – Documentation provided affirms that the institution is a leader in full-time faculty employment.
