We've just started assessing, using a modified literacy and culture survey from Humbolt by the Chancellor's Office.

Right now, we just started deploying, to test the survey, with students attending sustainability club meetings and a sustainability summit doing the initial trials. At an Earth Day event in April, we will disseminate to the entire campus, giving a more representative sample of student sustainability literacy and culture.
A brief summary of results from the literacy assessment(s):
So far, the results indicate students want more sustainability courses and more sustainable culture on campus. These students are from a sustainability club and/or attending a sustainability-related event, so they do not yet measure a representative subpopulation of the entire campus. Interestingly, though, even the sustainability-interested students don't know where their drinking water comes from.
