Institution does not have on-campus dining services that it operates or that are operated by its primary on-site contractor.
We have no "contractors" for food services. We Utilize Street Food Institute (SFI), a partnership developed for educational purposes. THey employ students in the culinary arts program to prepare foodstuffs. The profits go back into the program They also provide minimal cafeteria services.
We use the Follett Company, for grab-n-go food at small stores inside of bookstores and other small mini-marts.
Additional food trucks show up and sell food at no cost to us or to them. We simply allow for them to park on our campuses.
