In January of 2023, President L. Song Richardson will be presenting at the President's Conference. She will be presenting on the Bold Actions to Support the Climate panel speaking about Colorado College’s actions we’ve taken to combat climate change to date.

Colorado College submitted a case study to the Sustainable Campus Index and was awarded a top 10 spot for water use & reduction, air and climate, and for baccalaureate institutions overall.

The Director of Sustainability at Colorado College Board serves as board chair for PikeRide.
Additionally, the Director of Sustainability is sitting on the board of NREL's Colorado Campus Net Zero forum.

A brief description of the mentoring relationship and activities:
Currently working with United States Air Force Academy's Climate Change Club to help mentor their group and partner with them on projects. Currently on hold due to covid-19.
(2021) Working occasionally with Bennett College to advise on sustainability office, staffing, and organization strategies.
(2022) Working with faculty at Washington and Lee University to advise on sustainability goals and strategies.
