A brief description of the energy management or benchmarking program:
Facilities Management has an Energy Management team. They are responsible for the Building Management Systems, as well as benchmarking and optimization. SmartStructure, Trane, Honeywell, and Johnson Controls are the building management systems utilized across campus. There is a Utilities and Energy Management Master Plan (2013) that is currently being operationalized. This Plan is not available online.
