The college supports several student led groups for underrepresented student populations including, but not limited to:
Black Men United
Black Ladies United at Earlham
Asian Student Union
Students for Peace and Justice in Palestine
Spectrum (Queer student group)
Diversity Council
Various religious groups for students including: Quaker, Christian, Jewish, Bahai, and Buddhist groups

We also offer the McNair Program, a support program for underrepresented and first generation college students

Faculty who identify with the student groups often act as advisers or supporters to those groups.

There are informal groups both of new faculty and faculty near retirement.
