College Community Awareness & Training:
Employee incentive and reward programs will be developed to bring about an awareness of energy usage and foster a culture inclined towards reducing waste and becoming more efficient. It is anticipated that energy awareness, training and College community involvement, will result in energy avoidances.

Energy Team:
The Energy Team consists of key energy champions. The team meets on a tri-annual basis to review progress of the ECDM Plan’s implementation, identify additional measures, oversee the implementation of the College Community Awareness and Training programs as well as provide recommendations for additional content and improvements.
