Around half of our total acreage receives its nutrients via mulch mowing and organic materials like compost for topdressing. Also, much of it has mulch as a topdressing which decays to feed the plants under it.
Despite not having a formal IPM, we do lean towards the safest most people and environmentally friendly substances like bacillus or lemon grass oil for mosquitos, borax for ants, snap traps and exclusion methods for rodents instead of baits, use of “Caution” label materials whenever possible
