Strategy seven and eight in the 2019 strategic plan focus on wellbeing and diversity. For example, Mason will continue to increase student access to well-being programs by developing a portfolio of well-being noncurricular activities open to all students, as well as curricular tracks leading to an undergraduate minor or graduate certificate. Moreover, the univeristy will increase the proportion of instructional and research faculty, staff, administrators, and graduate students who come from historically underrepresented groups to better reflect the diversity of our undergraduate student body.
