The College organizes its own Campus Climate assessment, using a survey instrument developed in-house and a robust analysis. The Task Force for Diversity and Community (TFDC) - the predecessor to the Council for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) - developed and conducted the Campus Climate Survey in the 2015-2016 academic year. This process covered the on-campus experiences of students, faculty, and staff.

Separately, the College regularly tracks employee and student outcomes including by various measures of diversity.

The results of the previous Campus Climate Survey directly informed the Strategic Plan for Diversity and Inclusion, and a host of structural changes and programmatic efforts over the ensuing years. The next Campus Climate Survey will continue this process.
