The Kelowna campus has designated parking spots for a parking of electric scooters and bicycles so that staff and students can participate on a local bike/scooter share program.

For ride-sharing opportunities, the college has a 6 fleet vehicles (3 Full electric and 3 Hybrid) which the staff can book to use for any off-site college business

There are 14 Level 2 charging station distributed over the 4 main campuses which are available to staff and students. There are also 2 dedicated charging stations for the Fleet EV's on the Kelowna campus.

Yes

A brief description of other programs or initiatives to encourage more sustainable modes of transportation and/or reduce the impact of student and employee commuting:

Through a partnership with the City, Okanagan College provides space for a transit exchange on campus which provide access to various busses heading in different directions to make public transit options more convenient for the college population.
The college also provide land to help maintain continuity for the municipal active transit network.
