The Poly-FI committee focuses on four activities :
1- Sponsorship Program with more female experienced students (for 1st and 2nd year students) or female engineers (for 3rd, 4th and graduate students)

3- Wine and Cheese for International Women's Day: Each year, students have the opportunity to discover about fifteen companies from different industries and to discuss with professionals during a lively evening where snacks and drinks are offered.
4- Industrial visits & Conferences: Poly-FI's industrial visits, conferences and panels offer students the opportunity to meet company representatives and discuss with professionals from various backgrounds. Participants also have the opportunity to witness industry best practices while learning more about the job market.
